Technical Information

My cameras for many of these images were a Pentax Optio 555 and a Panasonic Lumix FZ30 (Leica lens) digital cameras.  The black and white images were done with film and a Canon AE-1, or a twin lens Rolleiflex.   I am now working with a Nikon D80 digital camera.

All photographic prints are on archival papers, Epson Velvet Fine Art, Enhanced Matte, or Premium Luster Paper. I am currently investigating other fine art papers.  My main printer is an Epson Stylus Photo 2400, which uses pigment ink, Epson Ultrachrome K3 , producing Giclee prints. Each image is printed in small editions of 25 at 11 x 17 inch or 13 x 19 inch sizes, and 50 at  8.5 x 11 inch size or smaller.  Panoramas are composed from two or more images joined together, and are printed in editions of 25 at 8x24 or smaller.   Larger images will be in editions of 5.

Cards are blank, single fold, printed on an Epson Stylus Photo R200 (dye inks), on Enhanced Matte Paper, which gives superior reproduction.  Any image you see here can be reproduced on a card.

Etchings, wood engravings, and linocuts are on acid free paper appropriate to the individual technique, and have all been created exclusively by me.
